Whatever works – I have a Dremel cutter that goes to a point like a needle valve. Very handy for de-burring small holes. I use a small chuck I got with a ¼" hex driver as a handle for the Dremel cutter. I have better control turning it by hand. – OK, so I’m a tool junky. . . 😆
