    I think he neglected to give the complete
    serial number. If its a Rudder Twin there
    should have been a letter stamped along
    with the number. If that is in fact the case
    with that letter we could given him a better answer.

    A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
