maybe its time for a second love and that’s outboards
and to become "AN OUTBOARD GUY"
the most important parts you already have
looking for a lower unit can be successful soon
if the piston isn’t that stuck in the cylinder, it can be a runner again
if it have to much damage in the cylinder, a wall hanger is
also a "nice to have" thing,
