"Swivel pin is stuck beyond repair". Have you turned the motor upside-down to see if you can use a pin punch to drive the pin out? May have to make a punch. Seems like I got one out by running a screw into the top of the pin for the punch to strike on, then applying force with a large "Mercury Special Tool" (see illustration) vigorously. Lots of pre-soak with your favorite penetrant. Good luck. JW
