    If you are referring to the "OMC" coils, then yes, the green lead goes to the condenser and black to ground. A little JB weld epoxy is what I use when I transfer the new, "Made In China " coils to the Good old "Made In North America" laminates. The fit is already pretty snug, but I do it anyway, just in case.
