Super! You may get lucky and be able to use some of the seals anyway. Let me know how that turns out, because I plan on going through my 12 Elgin over the winter. I’m sure mine will need seals as well. My lower unit bearing carrier is busted from freeze damage, but I did find a good used replacement. Good luck with your project!
