    Sounds like you have located the problem(s)!
    You will find this engine runs just as smooth, if not smoother than any four stroke out there, it will prove to be strong and reliable as well.
    Once again, the high speed needle is the one on the bottom of the carb and is set 3/4 turns out from gently seated. The low speed needle is the top one and is initially set 1.5 turns out from gently seated….
