Yep Ben, sounds like the same motor. I have been through the carb on mine too, it also wasn’t bad. I put it in the barrel again tonight and started it up. It idles good in and out of gear but bogs down after half throttle. It is also getting hotter than I think it should. It felt hot so I measured it, 181 degrees. It seems to be pumping water well as it shoots across the barrel at idle. But, it does seem to lose some pressure as the motor speeds up. What sort of impeller does this motor use?

Is this carb sort of inverted? The small diameter fine thread needle is at the bottom of the carb and the larger diameter coarse threaded needle is at the top.
