    I’ve been holding onto worn clutch dogs for the same reason, if you can include a picture or two of the tools you’re using it would be helpful. I was thinking a belt sander/grinder would make quick work of a worn edge if you have a steady hand. I’ve tried using hand files before but that takes forever and patience.
