Odd, "The Old Outboard Book" shows:
84GG9003A as 1948-49 (equivalent to Gale 1W5)
and
94GG9003B as 1949-50 (equivanent to Gale 1W10)

has a link for a parts catologue (Viking was a Canadian brand!)
for C1G10, which should be very close (except for cosmetics) to the later of the two,
(and possibly for either, unless the magneto changed to "OMC Universal" in 1949).

The six-digit part numbers should look as OMC/Evinrude/Johnson parts at on-line retailers and Evinrude dealerships.
There are members who make the water pump "wobblers"
