OK, having outed myself as disorganized, I found the bag of screws and they are #10 – 24, length under the head .720. OD of the flange about 0.333. The fibre sealing washers are about .365 (OD) by 0.193 (ID) by 0.57 thick. ‘Course, they are likely a bit squished out from the original dimensions. Hopefully these washers are a hardware store item. Thus, the earlier of the two versions mentioned by FrankR.
