Just got back to the Waterwitch, I’ve just been so busy lately. I took apart the carb since it still wasn’t running quite right even after I fixed that air leak. Took apart the float bowl and a whole bunch of rust poured out… There was a little surface rust in the tank, but I didn’t think too much of it… Oops… Now it runs fine after I tuned the carb (I also didn’t realize there were 2 jets, I thought the other one was a drain…). Now my friend’s dad wants it to power his little 10′ aluminum rowboat.
