    In the parts diagram it shows that hole? It you are talking the one sticking straight up. Granted, I don’t know it is is threaded or not due to it being a drawing.

    I will get pictures of the whole carb. It may not be 100%. But it is an omc carb at least, that I can promise. Has a not round intake side where the choke is and all.
