I agree with Frank, don’t rip this thing apart further. Replace the core plugs, impeller, and seal components then run it again. My nickel says your problems will be solved.
That’s my plan. I’m sure the PO put in a new impeller, but I’m picking up a new one anyway just in case. Doesnt hurt to have one on hand
