fuel bulb should not be firm while running. that is OK if you are talking about the exhaust snout on the leg it doed=s not need water coming out the water flows out the exhaust under the cav plate. just feel the exhaust cover on the block you should be able to hold your hand on it. check the gas cap and see if it vents.
