I removed everything from the magplate and cleaned it up. Sanded every connector shiny and reassembled everything. I did maybe shortcut a bit on the plug wires as I didn’t replace them because they were soldered and the insulation seemed in really good shape. I cut the last 1/2 off and reinserted the connectors. We have spark!
