Hm.m.m, wonder how much it would cost to ship you a load of motors

Last year I was brokering a deal between Doug Penn and an Aussie outboard collector for Australian & English outboards… There were about 20 that Doug chose and a quote for all of those to be shipped from Perth, West Australia to Tampa, Florida, USA was about $2250 AUD ( approx $1620 USD).
That deal didn’t go through unfortunately.
I have actually talked to Doug about the possibility of getting a 1956 5.5hp Johnson shipped over to me with my Evinrude RBM parts that are coming soon; he thinks that it would be prohibitively expensive to ship.
That is why I’m trying to figure out how similar the 1962 and 1965 5.5hp’s are because I’d like to get one that ran as nicely as the one at our meet.
