Yes some came with the screen. If you get a dirty big filter put it in a pill bottle & use air conditioning evaporator coil cleaner to soak it in. It will come out very clean after changing the fluid a few times. Let it cook for 24 hours before flushing it out. I use water to rinse it out. All I ask is for someone to try it. I have had very good results!. I also use 2 stroke in-line filters made for chain saws too. Compact & fits anywhere.If you like the bigger filter the tanks swap too.
