wow, talk about knowing the right guy. Thanks a bunch. I just pulled the lower end apart and realized it is not a traditional impeller but a eccentric rotor as you say. Appears to have grease in there instead of oil as well. I’ve worked on engines my entire life but never had an outboard and certainly not a really old one. It is just too interesting to not have on my old boat. What is the proper fuel mixture? Thanks again.
