Fleetwin – No……original finish…..that is the one I started a thread on a few weeks ago. Guy brought it by the dealership in the back of a pick-up wanting to sell it. Came from Texas and belonged to his girlfriend’s father. A few unexpected and expensive things wrong with it but all in all one heck of a good investment. One of the, if not the best, running engines I have had the pleasure of bringing back into service. Relaxing (on the ears) to run this one. Will swing a lot of pitch in a two blade so the cruise numbers look very good and switching out to a 3-blade and kicking it out a notch gives superior performance when carrying an extra person plus load. This engine will see lots of hours of usage. It saw right around 100 miles of running at this meet and Lesa and I ran it around 40 miles or so on it’s shake-down cruise. Hasn’t missed a beat.
