I also use it on carbs where “one more turn” broke the casting. I’ll patch them up best as I can with the aluminum brazing rod and use the J B Weld. Besides making the seal, it helps hold my “Boathouse Repair” together.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
