Mr. CFB,   not to make any assumptions about your familiarity with this engine and it’s operation but , I think that it would be good to back up a bit in this conversation.

What would have been helpful at the onset and should have been asked, is where are you located and what is your knowledge level and familiarity with gasoline engines in general? Also, what mechanical and electrical tools and resources do you have access too? And your confidence level in their use. Knowing your location will be helpful in identifying local resources to help with your motor.
