Yes two pieces, front and rear half. You only need to remove the rear piece to get full access to the lower exhaust cover screws. Here’s a link to the parts diagram and list for the entire shroud assembly of your motor. Referring to the diagram, you’ll need to remove screw #30 and #41 to remove the rear pan section. You can also find the rest of the parts diagrams for the other assemblies for your motor on this same site.
