Not a clue. I’m 80 years old, self taught, that never had much need or experience using manuals. I tighten something till it feel right. Something like this I would check a few times. “Keep Tight” I suppose if I wanted to have a torque speck of that flywheel nut I might start at 35 lbs. If it felt good to me, I’d try it. If not, I’d up it a bit more. I’d run the motor a bit and check it. If the torque was still 35 lbs. I’d keep checking it each time after I ran it. If it stays a 35 lbs. I figure its tight enough but might add 5 lbs to be sure. If not I’d go up 10 more lbs. until it stayed tight.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
