Broke down the tank today and now that I can get a better look inside I’m surprised the Evaporust didn’t do a better job.  That’s the first tank that has defeated Evaporust so I’m thinking that jug was just overused sooooo,,,,,off to buy some fresh jugs. I might try RUST911 because it’s concentrate and can make over 6 gallons so I can fill the tank and hopefully address the center baffle.  The guts look pretty decent.  The gas gauge moves when I manually move the float so that’s a win.  The gauge face itself is pretty nice.  Even the primer gurgles before being refreshed with a new diaphragm.  The surprise is that the dual line that stores inside the top lip is 12ft long.

Anyone have any input on a source for dual line?  Sierra vs OMC experience?  I’ll be rebuilding the motor side connection which is a first for me.
