    I heard back from Vintage Outboards an hour ago or so and he tells me that the  gasket and diaphragm are in stock and now on its way to me.  Bought the cap cork also.  Now on to finding quality hose and rebuild parts for the motor connection.  Im really focused on running this particular motor as intended with a pressure tank.  Old school for better or worse.
