Second barrel test after fixing minor issues.
Had trouble with the Merc pressure tank, so I switched back to an OMC pressure tank again.
I hooked up a pressure / vacuum gauge to the gas tank, and the pressure runs between
2 to 4 psi, depending on engine speed. I hooked up a tach to check some desired rpms
per the manual, but I haven’t been able to get it to idle down where needed.

Guess I need to get it on the boat so I can get the high speed tuned in, then try the low speed.
It has good compression, 115 & 120 psi, so that shouldn’t be an issue.
Sorry to the “fuzzy” camera work!

Fixed a fuel leak afterwards, and made up a new tensioner puck
for the tiller handle throttle / mag tension. I evidently made
one to replace the broken one last winter, out of Delron plastic,
and that wasn’t doing the trick. This brass one seems more “hopeful”.
