    Evil makes a good point. I’m not sure how you are testing flow through the fuel pump….Pull the filter cover off the filter and pump the fuel bulb….You have problems before the fuel pump if nothing sprays out of the filter cap…
    Puget is right as well, too much starting fluid could result in powerhead problems….
