    Yes I do have lower unit from my motor I have overlooked the parts and most of them are in good shape. I thank those of you that replied to my question I will be getting 1955 lower unit and transfer parts or modify them to fit. When I get motor back running I will run 24:1 thanks again to those that responded comments and answers have been very helpful.
