    So I got the pieces needed for the lockout mechanism and put it together.    But when I tighten the lever down tight it makes it where the engine won’t rotate…

    I have a seloc manual and it doesn’t say anything about the lockout assembly…

     

    Do I not tighten it down til it’s tight ?
