Heat from a little propane bottle torch and an impact driver
should get them loose.
If you have no impact driver, heat up the case around the bolt,
the wrap on your screwdriver handle a few good wallops before
trying to loosen the bolts.
Leverage on your screwdriver, i.e., a adjustable wrench or vice-grips
comes in handy also.
