    knobs… Until you find what you need……&  if not  for a full restoration and pride  have you considered  radio  style knobs   the choke one is stricky but doable with a long bolt.

    beats  using pliers 🙂    even kitchen drawer knobs could do     just pick the proper diameter   & “style”
