    I’m guessing the thermostat is behind the water jacket cover.
    As I mentioned earlier, if that’s the case, it doesn’t look
    like it’s possible to pull the cover with the lower cowl
    in the way.
    If I get to talk to the owner, I’ll ask him if he knows if there’s
    a thermostat in place.
