That is a phelon ignition. Those coils look to be a recent replacement, possibly NOS. Cant tell about the condensers. If they don’t look new as well, they likely weren’t replaced with the coils. If that is the case, I’d be replacing them. I’d be checking the condition of the sparkplug wires, and their connection to the coil. Also the mag looks dirty. I’d clean it, and lubricate the appropriate parts.
A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.
