Fleetwin,   Pretty sure it’s leaking as there is a lot of gray residue on everything below the mag plate ? We’ve removed the fly because we thought the lower spark plug wasn’t firing, new coils, points and condensers ! Good spark on both plugs ! When we turn the flywheel over be hand, you can hear the seal leaking, it makes a squishy sound like air going in and out ! So suspect the seal is bad causing lean mixture and not firing ?  Thoughts ?
