Interesting information Louis. I wouldn’t mind the shared parts list,
but sometimes all the parts diagrams floating around don’t always
say what exact model they are, so there some deductions and guess work
involved, lol.
I managed to get the gearcase apart today. Luckily, ball and needle
bearings seem okay. With any luck, I’ll be able to source new seals.
P.S. seal is .500 shaft, .843 O.D.
D.S. seal is .472 shaft, and seems to be, 1.000 O.D.
Oddly enough, I see a C.R. Seal listing for the .472 shaft size, but
not with a 1.000 O.D.
There’s a square O-ring on the water pump cartridge, I.D. 1.470,
O.D., 1.625+
Nothing in my “round” o-ring kit will work.
