If all else fails, try a phone call (not a text) to the guys at Twin City Outboard. They are an outboard junkyard that has motors going back to 1906. Their store is located just south of Minneapolis, but they ship nearly everywhere. Phone number on their website below. At the website there is a link to their E-Bay store where you can click on “Contact” and send them an E-mail – they will reply is a couple days. Their website has said they are currently updating it, but it’s been that way for several years – ignore that.
