Unless you are in a rush, take some time to find good deals on quality parts, because if you rush into it, you will eventually spend more money than the price of another motor and regret it later.  Deals for motors will pop up on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist, and spending too much time and/or money on a motor will be worthless when a deal pops up a month later.   Finding good parts is especially true if this motor has sentimental value.
