Got some cork from Amazon and filed it to size. 1/16 hole in the middle and I have a nice new float that works. Also made a 5/32 shear pin as one of the Neptunes did not have it. Now the prop should stop flopping in the air.
They wanted $10 for a single 5/32 x 1 shear pin online, so I got 5 twelve inch rods for $8 and was totally ok cutting a 1″ part off of one.
