Did  the GC  check yesterday… no mono bird nest  found wrapped in/on the  prop shaft seal to chew it up .  GC  had  nice dark oil & no signs of water ingress. Washed down the innards bit with WD40  and will refill today.

I never did pull the cyl head  but a  good run with  a decarb  juice like  Merc PowerTune  should clean things up and hopefully bring up compression up  a few more psi.

Couple of chipped edges and  dings  need a JB rebuild before cosmetic work begins on outside surfaces. Some  ETEC blue  spray paint should be close enough…. (when it gets warm outside )     and  done !  🙂   It  will replace  the Merc 4hp & the 6hp will ride next to it’s  great great grandson 🙂
