    Thanks for the ad clip Dave. That sure is the stand in question. Now as to the manufacturer, the question remains.  Note the stand price is FOB Minneapolis MN.  Martins were produced in Eau Claire WI. . Most likely, some metal fab / jobber in Minneapolis manufactured the stands. Maybe an ad from the actual manufacturer is still out there somewhere.
