Thanks for your reply.    The handle is on this stand to pull the motor around via the wheels.  The handle is pulled into the up position and then the stand is just tipped forward a few degree and it wheels around freely.   I have seen small stands with a gas tank holder and this stand is not built to do that.    Still hoping that someone has a picture of one of these in a catalogue or advertisement that will show us who made these.    Thanks for looking.    Paul
