    OK, I also poured over the parts lists and agree the differences are the stern brackets and clamp screws. (Clamp screw diameter, if memory serves correct).
    Also, 5D18 & 5D19 had a cheapo fuel pump which was very troublesome. 5D21 corrected that with a good fuel pump. The good pump is a direct fit and replacement for the older one.
