Looks pretty clean to me… Is this an engine you are going to use regularly? If not, I would just finish inspecting it and put it back together the way it is, just be sure to drain the fuel out of the carb when you are done using it.
I would invest in the good OMC rebuild kit if you plan to use the engine regularly, those old gaskets/seals won’t stand up well to today’s fuels.
