Sometimes patience is the most important tool. By carefully applying light heat around the hub followed by penetrating oil and then a cooling period forces of capillarity will help the oil to seep into the keyway and passageway. Multiple heating/oiling/cooling cycles may be needed. Emphasize light heat as you don’t want to damage ignition components or warp anything.
