Frankr,  Thanks for the suggestion.  I’ll make a trip to the hardware store and make a knocker tool.  I’ll let you know next week how it works.  I’ve got no spark from this Neptune.  I suspect the coil and possibly the condenser are toast.   We’ll know once the flywheel is off.  Buster
