    Thanks vey much for the replies.   So I now have the two screws that are pinned figured out and they are in the correct place and still pinned.   What I wold like to now verify if someone has an original motor with the original screws is if the screws in the front of the shroud (arrows pointing to them are originally 3/4 or 1 inch in length.   Thanks for any verification.    Paul
