From the earlier post it seems that the feeling was that the “dry” sparkplug was the properly functioning one and the “wet” one was the suspicious one which corresponds to the bottom chamber.  When I start the engine it sounds basically perfect – the only thing is when I get out on the water it basically travels at half speed and can never plane.
