I experience the same frustration with mine Dave. This is what makes up the tiller. It appears I cut off the grip. Cant remember if that is necessary to replace the cable. Memory is failing me. Guess I need to save notes as well as pictures. After learning this motor wasn’t something I would enjoy running, I used the “If it don’t go chrome it” approach. Took it to a few shows for display only. Found someone that likes the shinny stuff and passed it on at a considerable loss. Tubs.
