    Update: Pleased to report I now have strong spark at both plugs!

    1. Points set to .020″
    2. Taped spark plugs solder connections.
    3. Grounded both spark plugs while testing.
    4. D16 spark plugs gapped at .032″

    Appreciate all the input & feedback.
